S. R. Pophale, one of the founder directors of the Electronica Group, holds a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from College of Engineering , Pune. He has been the backbone of the group in developing its strong marketing and financial strengths as well as steering the groups horizontal expansions into different business lines. Capping his several achievements is the UDYOG RATNA Award in the category of large group of industries presented by STICE (Sinnar Taluka Industrial Co-operative Estate) Sinnar Nasik. Mr. Pophale is a man of many skills and is widely traveled both in India and abroad .He is one of the most well read Top executives in the Industry today and has been actively involved in infusing new philosophies and concepts both at workplace and into the personal lives of people around him.

Mr. Adwait Dharmadhikari, Managing Director

Electronica Toughcarb Limited & SRP Tungsten Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Adwait is Having 18 years of diversified experience of handling manufacturing, design & development, customer service in various group companies of electronica group.

After completion of engineering from Pune, he worked with Electronica Plastic Machines Pvt. Ltd., Electronica Mechatronics Pvt. Ltd., Electronica Machine Tools Limited., Massive Engineering Pvt. Ltd., and had an extensive experience in the field of purchase, manufacturing and design & development.

In 2009 he joined as “Director” in Electronica HiTech Engineering Pvt. Ltd and was looking after new product development for the company. He is currently working as “Director” with Electronica Tungsten Ltd.. He is also working as “Director” with SRP Tungsten Pvt. Ltd.

Mr. Achyut Chaskar, President

He holds master degree in Science with specialization in Materials Science. He has been working with Electronica Tough Carb since inception. He worked in various capacities and has been working as CEO of the company since 2011. He has experience of 34 years in Tungsten Carbide technology.
